Lauren’s professional journey includes experience in banking, public-school finance, and nonprofit capacity-building. After leaving corporate work in search of more meaningful impact, she began supporting small businesses and emerging nonprofits through strategic planning and creative problem-solving. A Kansas City native, Lauren brings a deep excitement for the arts, youth development, and community-driven change, shaped by the city that raised her. Now based in Houston, Texas, she brings that same heart for care and advocacy to her work at NBA and looks forward to being part of meaningful change through her work with the Next Paige Foundation, continuing her lifelong commitment to supporting and uplifting others. Outside of her professional work, Lauren has a genuine love for fragrances and is happy to be a part of the Houston Fragrance Society.
